Is it safe to connect my social accounts?
Yes. Accounts connect through each platform’s official sign-in, handled by our publishing partner Zernio. SocialBirdie never sees or stores your passwords, and you can revoke access at any time from inside Instagram, Facebook, X or Pinterest.
Which Instagram and Facebook accounts work?
Instagram only lets apps publish to Business or Creator accounts — switching a personal account is free and takes about a minute in Instagram’s settings. On Facebook, posts go to a Page you manage; Facebook does not allow apps to post to personal profiles.
Do posts really go out without me?
Yes. When you approve a batch, every post is scheduled for its own hour with our publishing partner, and each one publishes on time whether or not you are online. Your studio shows what is scheduled and links to each post once it is live.
Can I change the cards before they publish?
Nothing goes anywhere until you approve it. Cut any card you don’t want, or generate a fresh batch. Founding members get their card colours set up with them to match their brand. Rewriting an individual card’s words inside the studio isn’t available yet.
What happens after the first batch?
Come back to your studio, generate the next batch from your website, and approve it. It takes minutes, and nothing publishes until you do.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. The founding price of $39 a month stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active.
