Terms of Service
Effective September 16, 2026
SocialBirdie drafts posts from your website, and nothing is published until you approve it. You’re responsible for what you approve. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time.
These terms are the agreement between you and HS Business Hub, which runs SocialBirdie (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you use SocialBirdie for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for that business. You must be at least 18.
1. What SocialBirdie does
SocialBirdie reads the website address you give it and uses AI to draft social media posts and designed image cards from what is on that site. Once you approve them, it publishes them to the social media accounts you connect, on a schedule. Publishing is carried out through our publishing partner, Zernio.
2. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Anyone who can open your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Your content and your approval
- Nothing is published until you approve it. Read every card and caption first. AI can get things wrong, and we don’t guarantee that drafts are accurate, complete or suitable for your business.
- You’re responsible for the posts you approve, including making sure they are lawful, accurate and allowed on each platform.
- Only use SocialBirdie with websites, business names, logos and brands you own or are authorised to represent.
- You keep ownership of your website content and of the posts made for you. You give us permission to copy, store, process, display and publish that content only as needed to run SocialBirdie for you, including sending it to our service providers and making approved posts available at your feed address, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Connected social accounts
- You connect your own accounts, and you can disconnect them at any time from the studio.
- We never ask for, see or store your social media passwords.
- Each platform (Instagram, Facebook, X and Pinterest) has its own rules and limits, and you must follow them. Platforms can change their features, limit how many posts go out each day, or restrict an account. When that happens, posts can be delayed or fail, and we aren’t responsible for a platform’s decisions.
5. Plans and payment
| Plan | Price | Connected accounts | Cards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founding Member | US$39 / month | Up to 2 | 30 per 30 days |
| Solo Autopilot | US$49 / month | Up to 2 | 30 per 30 days |
| Growth Autopilot | US$79 / month | Up to 4 | 60 per 30 days |
- Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance in US dollars, through our payment processor Stripe, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices don’t include any taxes that may apply.
- Card allowances are counted over a rolling 30 days. Unused cards don’t carry over.
- Founding Member is limited to the first 15 subscribers. Its price stays the same for as long as that subscription stays active. If the subscription ends, or you switch to another plan, the founding price can’t be restored.
- If we change the price of your plan, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will try again. While a payment is overdue, posts that are already scheduled still go out, but you can’t start new ones. If the payment still can’t be collected, your subscription may be cancelled.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the studio. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. When your subscription ends, posts that haven’t been published yet are withdrawn and your connected accounts are disconnected. Posts that were already published stay on your accounts. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use SocialBirdie to:
- publish anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive or misleading;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- send spam or break a platform’s rules;
- read or publish content from websites you aren’t authorised to represent;
- interfere with, overload or try to get around the security or limits of the service; or
- resell or give other people access to SocialBirdie without our written permission.
We may pause publishing, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep SocialBirdie running well, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post will publish at its scheduled time. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of that month.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, customers or data, or for anything a social media platform does to your account; and
- our total liability for any claim relating to SocialBirdie is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that led to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law, or any rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Claims about your content
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you approved, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.
11. Ending this agreement
You can stop using SocialBirdie and cancel at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email us. We may end this agreement by giving you 30 days’ notice by email, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. Sections 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll email you before it takes effect. If you keep using SocialBirdie after that, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of Ontario, Canada.
